Feedback

We appreciate any feedback you may have, including suggestions for improvements, bug reports, or other insights.

There are two different ways to submit feedback: 

       1. In-app feedback

Within Aloi, at the bottom of the page, you have a feedback button. 

Through that feature you can easily submit thoughts and suggestions. You can navigate to the specific thing you want to submit within the feature, by having the navigate option on the right enabled.

To draw out something on the screenshot, enable the draw feature on the right.

Below the screenshot you can categories the feedback and add description. 

       2. Communication channel of your choice

You can also submit feedback to us via email, phone and in the chat here in the knowledge base.
