Q: Aloi provide onboarding training, continous training and this self-service Help Center. 

  • Onboarding training: An onboarding traning is organized with a specific group of employees of the client (Ambassador Group). The training is a full walkthrough of Aloi, covering key functionalities, best practices and how to replace current workflows with it. 
  • Continous training: Based on customer needs, we can organize additional training sessions to ensure all employees fully utilize Aloi. 
  • Help Center: In this Help Center you can access step-by-step guides on how to use Aloi and answers to frequently asked questions.
