Create new draft

How to Use Aloi


 

To create a new draft follow the steps described below. 

  1. Go to the project your want to create the draft in.
  2. Click New draft.

 

       3. Name your draft.


       4. Choose if you want to start from an existing agreement or an existing                   template.

          • If you want to use an existing agreement → Upload the document (doc                  and docx are the supported formats).

          • If you want to use an existing template → Pick from the drop-down menu.

 

       5. Choose if you want to fill out the factsheet manually or if you want Aloi to         provide the information based on the source material(s).
 
          • If you want to do it manually → Check the button Fill out Factsheet                          manually

          • If you want Aloi to provide the information → Upload source material(s).

Source materials are documents like investor presentations, emails or information sheets. The information in this material will be used when filling out the agreement and the basis of Aloi’s answers and recommendations.


       6. Click Next.

 

➡️ On the left side of the screen is your draft editor.

➡️ On the right side of the screen is the tools panel.
